2.  INSTALLMENT 

OPTION 1 - OUTRIGHT 50% Down payment   less 7.5% discount within 60 days, 50% Balance payable within 5 years to 10 years @ 8% interest

OPTION 2 - OUTRIGHT 24% Down payment less 7.5% discount within 30 days, 76% Balance payable within 5 years to 10 years @ 8% interest

OPTION 3 - 24% Down payment 6   months to pay, first month serves as reservation deposit, 76% Balance payable within 5 years to 10 years @ 8% interest
